Prototyping, Drafting & Design:
- Utilizing AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop, Autodesk Inventor to generate new technical drawings or update existing;
- Prototype new part designs or engineering changes in partnership with our local machine shops.
Repair & Maintenance Services:
- Micro-welding capabilities for mold or tool repair;
- Preventative maintenance on tools/molds to prolong life;
- Removal of existing coatings/films to prepare surfaces.
Troubleshooting/Mold Analysis:
- Mold flow analysis;
- Mold improvement;
- Molding of advanced polymers.
These capabilities are delivered by personnel with training from Japan, United States and Mexico along with OEM training from companies such as Dupont Plastics.
